As we honor Our Lady of Mercy
on her feast day with our annual
Parish Festival Friday September 23rd to
Sunday September 25th
We need your help to make this event successful. Time is
running out and we must get our committees formed & organized.
This is our only fund-raising event of the year. We are always
looking for parishioners who want to get involved but haven’t had the chance. This is your chance!! Each one of us has a special
talent which can be used to plan a fun, profitable and
memorable festival.
We need help in many areas including:
Advertising/Promoting, Donations for raffle baskets &
silent auction items, Wine donations, Set-up, Clean-up, Music/MC, Children’s Activities, Decorations, and much more.
You can expect this year’s festival to be much like years past.
No need to re-invent the wheel, we will follow what has been
done before. The office has a binder of records, notes and
examples which can be used to plan.
What are you waiting for? Say yes and help plan this amazing
event. I look forward to working with each of you. Thank you
for your time and dedication to our parish. God Bless You!
Father C.
